At esg-trainingen.nl, we do our best to give you excellent service. But sometimes things don’t go as expected, and that’s why we want to hear from you so we can find a solution together.
Do you have a complaint about a training, mock exam, or our service? Please let us know as soon as possible. By law, a complaint is considered timely if submitted within two months of discovery. This also applies if a training or exam does not meet the expectations you could reasonably have based on the agreement. We recommend submitting your complaint in writing.
Once we receive your complaint, you will get a detailed response within 14 days. If we need more time to properly review your complaint, we will let you know within this period when you can expect a response.
