ESG-trainingen.nl – How the ordering process works

Ordering a training at ESG-trainingen.nl is quick and easy. The process consists of a few simple steps:


1. Choose a training
Once you’ve found the training you want to take (or assign to someone else), add it to your shopping cart using the order button. You can continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout.

2. Log in or register
To complete your order, you need to log in or create an account.

When registering, choose one of the following:

  • Business account: Allows you to create participants and assign trainings to them.

  • Private account: Trainings are linked directly to your personal account.

VAT rules
VAT is automatically handled depending on your location and account type:

  • Within the EU (business): Enter your company’s VAT number. VAT will be reverse-charged, so you won’t pay Dutch VAT.

  • Within the EU (private): VAT is charged according to the rate in the country from which you order.

  • Outside the EU: No VAT is charged. We may request proof of your company or address in some cases.

3. Confirm your order
Choose your preferred payment method. Options include:

  • iDEAL

  • Credit card

  • Bancontact / Mister Cash

  • PayPal

  • Payment in advance (invoice)

After confirming your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

Different billing address
If the invoice should be issued to your employer or another address, you can enter a different billing address during checkout.

Direct access to your training?
If you pay online (iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact, Maestro), your training will be activated immediately after we process your order.
If you pay by invoice, your training will be activated once we receive payment. You’ll receive an email once your payment is processed.

4. Make your payment

  • Online payment: Payment is processed immediately.

  • Invoice (prepayment): You’ll receive a PDF invoice by email with all payment details.

You’ll always get a PDF invoice for your own administration, even when paying online.

Payment by your employer
If your employer pays for the training, select Invoice (prepayment). You can forward the PDF invoice to them. You can also enter a different billing address so the invoice is in your employer’s name.

5. Start your training online
Once your payment is received and processed, your training will be activated in your learning environment.

Using a business account?
If you’re using a business account, assign the training first to yourself or to your participants. Once assigned, the training will appear in the learning environment.
