Forgot your password? Here’s what to do

Follow these steps to request a new password:

Step 1: Click on “Login” on our homepage.

Step 2: The login screen will appear.

Step 3: Click on “Request a new password”.

Step 4: A new screen will open. Enter your email address and click “Send”.

Step 5: You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

Step 6: Follow the instructions in the email to set your new password.

Step 7: Go back to our homepage and log in using your new password.
